Surya turned to Medium to move more of their crucial business processes to the web. As a large manufacturer of designer rugs and home accessories, Surya's business depends on good communication with its retailers. By integrating with Surya's MAS 200 database system, Medium was able to bring the Surya product catalog and inventory online. Access to automatically updated product and inventory information has enabled Surya customers to make smarter more informed purchases. Medium is currently working on expanding the system to allow customers to login and access sales history as well as place new orders.
